At Northmyle.com, every item is specially crafted just for you. As each product is custom-made, we take great care in quality and precision. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size or personal preference, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered—undamaged and correctly made.

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom-Made Products

All items sold on Northmyle.com are made-to-order and crafted based on your selected size, colour, and design. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is:

· Defective

· Damaged during shipping

· Incorrect (wrong size/design from what was ordered)

2. Reporting an Issue

If your order falls under the above exceptions, please email us at northmyle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

· Your order ID

· Clear photographs of the item (showing defect/damage)

· A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and validated, we will initiate either a refund or a replacement, at our discretion.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

· The item delivered is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

· We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Replacements

We will provide a free replacement of the same item if:

· The product delivered is different from your order

· There is verified damage or a manufacturing defect

You will be required to return the defective item unless otherwise specified.

5. What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

· Minor variations in colour or design due to display differences

· Incorrect sizing selected at checkout

· General wear and tear or damage after delivery

· Requests made after 7 days of receiving the product

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the right fit.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as the production process begins immediately to create your custom item. For more, refer to our Cancellation Policy.
