3. Product Information & Pricing
All our products are made-to-order to ensure uniqueness and sustainability.
· Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
· While we strive for accuracy in all details, errors in pricing or product information may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders when necessary.
4. Product Display & Accuracy
We strive to display the colours, designs, and textures of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, due to variations in individual screen settings, lighting, and device displays, the colours and appearance of products you receive may slightly differ from what you see online.

5. Orders & Payment
· Once an order is placed, it enters the production process immediately and therefore cannot be cancelled or modified.
· Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
· Orders suspected of fraud or payment issues may be subject to cancellation.
6. Shipping & Delivery
· We dispatch orders through reliable third-party logistics partners.
· Delivery timelines shared at checkout are estimated and may vary based on location and other factors beyond our control.
· We are not liable for delays due to courier disruptions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns & Refunds
· As every product is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
· For defective or wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
· Validated issues will be resolved through a refund or a replacement at our discretion.
