At Northmyle, we craft each product specially for you. From the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your doorstep, we aim to make the shipping experience smooth, reliable, and timely.

1. Order Processing

  • Each item is custom-made upon order, which means we begin production after your order is confirmed.
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
    (This includes crafting, quality checks, and packaging)
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll notify you in advance via email.

2. Shipping Time

Once processed, your order is shipped through our trusted delivery partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (India): 4–9 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier efficiency, and unforeseen factors like weather, strikes, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India
  • Final shipping cost (if any) will be shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your parcel in real time.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within the expected time, please reach out to us at help@northmyle.com

5. Delays or Lost Orders

While we aim for timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

6. Delivery Attempt & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact details you provide are accurate and complete.
  • Couriers will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package is undeliverable or refused, it may be returned to us. We may charge a re-shipping fee in such cases.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Take photos of the package
  • Contact us immediately at help@northmyle.com

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if eligible.
